My father is the reason I love photography.  He was into photography well before I was born.  He kept his old gear down in the basement, which I found many years ago.  It was an old Canon FILM (I know, what the heck is that?) camera with changeable lenses.  
Using that camera I learned what f stops where, exposure, and even some basic composition of photos.  After that, my pops gave me one of his first digital cameras, an Nikon D60, at the time a rather expensive SLR.  
That ol' D60 is still my workhorse, despite it being "obsolete" in the Nikon lineup, but she serves me well.  Most of the photos you will see here are taken with that camera.  


I use Adobe Photoshop for most of my post-shoot work.
